Basic Guidelines

  • Beachside Confections is a cottage food operation under the Cottage Food Laws of Florida.  I am located in Brevard County  and I do not have a storefront.  I am  able to package cookies for you to ship, with an additional fee. 

  • As all of my cookies are custom made-to-order (taking between 4 days and a week to complete based on complexity of design and quantity), I need 2-4 weeks notice for your request.  During the holidays, the earlier you book, the better chance I have of being able to fulfill your requests. 

  • Cookies are fresh up to 2 weeks as each cookie is heat sealed.   

  • All orders need to be prepaid once the order has been confirmed.  I will send an invoice  via Paypal.   I cannot start my oven if your order has not been paid! 

  • I have a 20% cancellation fee  if order is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event.  This offsets the cost of  items I may have purchased for your order (cookie cutters, stencils, ingredients, etc).

 

Cookie Prices  

  • Cookie order minimum for regular size cookies (around 3 inches) is a dozen with up to 3 different designs in that dozen. Pricing will change as size of cookies increase.    

  • Prices include each cookie being individually wrapped/heat-sealed and placed in a window box.

  • There are 3  categories of cookies:

  •  

    • Tier 1 Design: 2 colors ( white is included), minimal

    • detail, no writing.  Sweet for  a great event! 

    • $40  per dozen

  •  

    • Tier 2 design: 3 colors (white is included), some piping, higher detail such as airbrushing, stencils, highlighter dust and some writing 

    • $45  per dozen

    • Tier 3 design:  These cookies have more than 3 colors, characters, lots of detail and piping to wow your party ​!

    • $48 per dozen and up

Additional costs

  • Wrapping cookies with a ribbon (.50  per cookie)

  • Making cookies on a stick (.50 per cookie) Cookies will be a bigger thickness to hold the stick.  

  • Packing cookies for you to ship (boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) $5.00 per box
